• Device Information: A hashed device identifier for license verification
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store credit card details

3. Audio Data

We do not store your audio recordings. Audio is processed in real-time for transcription and immediately discarded. Your voice data is transmitted securely to our speech recognition providers for processing only, and is not retained after the transcription is complete.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the vKey service
• Process your subscription and manage billing
• Enforce usage quotas and license terms
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Improve our product and user experience
• Respond to support requests

5. Data Sharing

• Speech Recognition Providers: For real-time transcription processing
• AI Processing Providers: For text correction and transformation
• Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing
• Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for data transmission, secure API key management, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
